I am so glad you are here. Please take a moment to get to know my practice. Your first step starts here.
My experience enables me to offer effective and individualized care to help you along your journey of recovery. I specialize in achieving personal wellness, and provide a safe space to address deeply personal issues that affect our daily lives.
The focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by incorporating personal strengths and tailoring treatment to each individual clients needs.
The mission is to be there for you in every step of your journey. The goal is to help you grow, heal, and move forward into the life that you want.
Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through the use of motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral techniques, we are able to help you recover the motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
Substance use disorders (SUDs), have a tremendous impact on individuals, families, and communities. We utilize a person centered approach to help you develop a life that is meaningful without the use of substances.
There are many challenges which are faced by women today; at home, at work, even in our own bodies. Let's work together to find a balance.
Video conferencing is available on a HIPPA compliant platform. Please verify with your insurance company if tele-health is covered under your plan.
